Job Summary
Check in with the team daily, follow the event schedule, and set up marketing materials at retail stores, festivals, and grassroots locations. Conduct oral hygiene presentations at schools and organizations while approaching potential new patients and canvassing to share the Rodeo Dental brand. Travel throughout the metro area to attend functions and meet weekly performance goals, transporting event setups as needed. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and nights, with bilingual English/Spanish skills and comfort working outdoors.
Required Qualifications

- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Willing to stand outside of retail shops and work independently, while being a part of a great team
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated
- Able to work weekends when necessary
- Must have the ability to transport event set ups
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work nights & weekends as needed
- Travel required to attend functions throughout the metro area
- Willing to support the entire Metro area
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or other grassroots community outreach is a PLUS, but not necessary
