Job Summary
Community Outreach Organizer – FSW responsible for program implementation, building relationships with gatekeepers, conducting health education for high-risk populations (including sex workers, MSM, and transgender women), supporting HIV care cascade activities (Reach, Test, Treat & Retain) and TB case finding, coordinating referrals with NAP, delivering IPC-aligned outreach messages using flipcharts and IEC materials, developing outreach plans, supervising a team of 2–10 Outreach Workers, and improving program targets through regular monitoring, planning, and training. Requires experience in HIV/TB projects, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic English and computer literacy, and the ability to map hotspots and coordinate with program management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have outreach program experience in HIV/TB projects
- Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of English and computer
- Working experience in HIV/TB projects/programs with high-risk and marginalized populations
- Supervises 2 to 10 Outreach Workers
- High school graduate or any graduate
