Job Summary
Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator at The Ness Center is responsible for developing and executing outreach and marketing strategies, building partnerships with referral sources and healthcare providers, planning and coordinating community events and health fairs, and producing marketing and educational materials. The role emphasizes using data/analytics to measure outreach effectiveness, leveraging CRM for tracking performance, and collaborating across departments to align with organizational priorities. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, communication, and ability to translate data insights into outreach improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, healthcare administration, business, sales, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare marketing, public relations, non-profit engagement, or field sales in a healthcare related industry (including pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar territory based sales)
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with external partners, providers, or referral sources
- Experience coordinating events, outreach programs, or territory based sales activities
- Experience using CRM systems or data tracking tools preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve outreach performance
