Job Summary
Community Outreach Manager at BGCSNV leads organization-wide recruitment, outreach, and family engagement to grow youth membership across Clubhouses and school sites. Responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, engaging schools and community events, managing membership registration and enrollment processes, tracking recruitment leads and attendance metrics, and building partnerships with school administrators, educators, nonprofits, and local businesses. The role includes staff training, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting campaigns and special events. Ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, data-informed, and skilled in presentation and facilitation, with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to engage diverse families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of successful related sales, membership recruitment experience and/or community outreach experience which includes attainment of goals
- Knowledge and experience with recruitment marketing strategies/campaigns
- Experience in business social media usage and analytics, and advertising/media development (audio/video/print)
- Ability to prioritize and manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands
- Strong communication skills in both individual and group settings including outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interact professionally with professional staff, youth, families, the public, vendors and other partners
- Able to work occasional irregular or extended hours
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google suite of productivity applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.)
- Valid Nevada driver’s license and a good driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
