Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to promote ABA therapy services to families, schools, and community organizations. Build relationships with key stakeholders including educators and community leaders while conducting presentations and workshops to educate audiences about behavioral intervention benefits. Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure effective communication and seamless client transitions, and analyze outreach data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Participate in marketing efforts to maintain the organization's online presence. This role supports Blossom ABA Therapy's mission to improve lives for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through evidence-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Psychology, Education, or Communications)
- Proven experience in outreach, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
