Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations to drive referral growth and market presence across Maryland. Serve as the primary ambassador for Blossom ABA Therapy, representing the company at events, conferences, and resource fairs while educating healthcare professionals and families about autism services. Cultivate a consistent pipeline of referral opportunities by partnering with providers, advocacy groups, and nonprofit stakeholders to strengthen community access to therapy. Monitor referral trends, document activities in the CRM platform, and prepare weekly reports on outreach efforts and territory development. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support local campaigns and identify sponsorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare business development, community outreach, physician relations, provider relations, healthcare marketing, admissions, patient relations, referral development, or a related field
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships that drive organizational growth
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives across a large territory
- Experience utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout Maryland
- Must be able to travel throughout Maryland
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within ABA therapy, autism services, behavioral health, pediatric healthcare, home health, therapy services, healthcare marketing, or a related healthcare field
- Existing relationships with healthcare providers, schools, therapy providers, or community organizations throughout Maryland
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
