Job Summary
Build relationships with service coordinators, case managers, and schools through cold calls and local events to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Serve as the primary intake point for new referrals by conducting initial screenings, guiding families through admission, and hosting home tours. Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to review documentation, secure authorizations, and ensure smooth move-ins while strictly adhering to HIPAA and ethical standards. Track all outreach activity and pipeline statuses in CRM software to provide data-driven updates to leadership. Maintain a valid driver's license for local travel required for meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales, healthcare outreach, business development, or intake coordination
- Proven ability to initiate relationships, make cold calls, and manage a pipeline
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-step administrative processes
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings, tours, and events
- Proficiency with CRM systems or a strong capacity to learn new systems quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Aged & Disabled (A&D) Waiver services
- Familiarity with Idaho Medicaid-funded services, authorizations, and intake requirements
- An existing network of local discharge planners, case managers, or community providers
