Community Outreach Director

Community Outreach Director responsible for field-based outreach and sales in Arcadia, CA. Will conduct door-to-door outreach, travel to designated communities and senior living facilities, generate leads, make sales calls, and meet sales targets. Expect 6–10 facility visits daily, source and drive resident move-ins (minimum 8 per month) with uncapped commissions, and build relationships with social workers and administrators in the assigned territory. 90% of time spent on field marketing, coordinating move-ins, and building a CRM-driven network. Manage day-to-day operations of the sales room at the community and contribute to base pay plus commissions with a comprehensive benefits package.
