Job Summary
Supervise, plan, and implement community development programs including annual conferences and legal seminars while delivering training to external partners. Prepare evaluation reports, analyze program performance, and meet with community leaders to coordinate fundraising events and sponsorship queries. Create publications and communication campaigns, maintain expense and marketing inventory, and update the education outcomes database. Respond to general phone, email, and social media inquiries. Work directly with the Deputy Director and Executive Director, with the ability to attend evening and weekend meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly
