Hybrid Community Outreach Associate in NYC responsible for conducting outreach and education sessions to cultivate referrals from managed care, health systems, and community organizations; develop and execute outreach plan including Ryan White-funded programs; build relationships, deliver presentations, produce collateral, track activities in databases (NXT/Raiser’s Edge); support health equity, enrollment, and reporting; collaborate with Sr. Director External Affairs and Managers; assist Communications team with outreach materials and communications.
