Job Summary

Conduct the full spectrum of adult musculoskeletal trauma and reconstruction, with emphasis on complex periarticular fractures, periprosthetic injuries, and total joint replacement. Develop mastery across modern arthroplasty techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery using the Mako platform, while integrating advanced imaging, computer navigation, and data-driven outcomes tools into everyday practice. Function as an integral member of the surgical team alongside fellowship-trained attending surgeons to bridge trauma and adult reconstruction disciplines. Gain exceptional operative volume and case complexity within a Harvard-affiliated department that actively supports clinical research, quality improvement, and participation in regional and national academic meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • PGY5 or PGY6
  • License to practice medicine in the state of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
  • Exceptional clinical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dedication to ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate care
