Community organization VISTA position

Job Summary
Research and identify community organizations, schools, businesses, and advocacy groups aligned with Rainbow Labs' mission. Develop and maintain relationships with partners throughout Los Angeles County while representing the organization at events like Pride celebrations. Create outreach strategies to recruit volunteers and mentors, and build infrastructure to support long-term community engagement efforts. Maintain accurate records of partnerships and engagement activities using Monday.com and other organizational tools. Prepare quarterly reports for leadership and assist with event logistics and communications. This AmeriCorps VISTA position focuses on capacity building rather than direct service, offering a living stipend, mileage reimbursement, and weekly coaching.
