Job Summary
Manage the Community platform and content management tools while supporting the lifecycle of community content, including creation, migration, review, and audit. Collaborate with product managers, content specialists, and technical support teams to improve community processes and user experience. Help implement engagement programs, such as badges and advocacy initiatives, and provide operational support for roadmap projects, including test case writing and user acceptance testing. Analyze community metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in digital engagement strategies and global community programs.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Science, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional team
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with online communities, knowledge management, and customer support platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
