Job Summary
Define, optimize, and standardize business processes and operating procedures across the enterprise. Partner with system end-users to design efficient workflows, implement cross-functional process improvements, and document operational policies. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Clinical leadership to leverage technology for business needs and participate in requirements gathering for system enhancements. Lead negotiations with market operations and departmental leads, track issues and risks for resolution, and provide operational expertise to market leadership while executing against P&L goals. Directly oversee staff within an assigned geographical area with up to 50% local travel. Serve as a subject matter expert guiding peers and teams.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with completed certification in areas of Family, Adult, or Adult/Gero
- Master's Degree or higher
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of direct people leadership/management experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of NP or related nursing work experience
- CPR certification
- DEA possession or eligibility
- Proficient with office software including Electronic Health Record, Scheduling Software and Ring Central Applications
- Microsoft Office experience
- Time management
- Community resource relationship building

- Tracking university contract affiliation agreements

- Directly oversees staff within an assigned geographical area
- Travel may be required up to 50% locally

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics
