Community Onboarding Manager

Job Summary
The Community Onboarding Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of FisionX’s new residential construction projects, builds relationships at assigned properties with stakeholders (property managers, developers, and staff), educates customers about onboarding and our technology products, and ensures a seamless “white glove” launch from kickoff to handoff to the regional operations team. Responsibilities include maintaining ongoing project-status communication with property stakeholders; facilitating timely decisions to deliver excellent customer service; maintaining a visible presence on-site during new-construction and move-in phases; coordinating and assisting with schedule creation to ensure on-time delivery; tracking tasks with Site Tracker and Salesforce to identify risks; cross-functional collaboration to remove delays; preparing status reports; attending kick-offs, town halls, and board meetings; coordinating with Sales Office for material needs; arranging operational equipment and back-office workspace; coordinating pre-launch meetings; ensuring contract deliverables with the Enterprise team; ensuring common areas are completed before activation; and performing other duties as required. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in project management or business, a senior-level minimum of 5 years in telecommunications or related field, proven project lifecycle management experience, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel and Salesforce, and the ability to work cross-functionally and embody Hotwire’s White Glove culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or business
- Sr. minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or related technical field
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous use of Salesforce.com
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must embrace and display company principles and demonstrate understanding of Hotwire’s White Glove culture
- Ability to Interact/Support Executive Level Leadership
