Job Summary
Conduct home-based occupational therapy assessments for clients in the NDIS, TAC, Worksafe, and Aged Care sectors, designing tailored intervention programs and recommending assistive technology solutions. Manage complex home modification projects while maintaining strong relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and equipment suppliers. Document client progress and outcomes through written reports. Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration, a reliable vehicle, and strong time management skills. Flexible part-time or full-time hours (minimum 3 days per week) with opportunities for contracting.
Required Qualifications
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy
- current AHPRA registration
- Experience or a keen interest in providing OT services to adults with disabilities, chronic disease, and complex care needs
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to complete autonomous home and community-based assessments and interventions
- A reliable car
- drivers license
- Current NDISWC / WWCC
