Job Summary
Develop and maintain effective care plans for pediatric and other patients within home, clinic, retirement home, or school settings. Provide exceptional nursing services to patients in-person and virtually, while communicating and liaising with family members and the interdisciplinary care team. Perform other clinical duties as required, ensuring patient dignity and privacy throughout your 2-week overnight rotation inclusive of weekends and weekdays. This part-time community nursing role offers flexible scheduling and work-life balance within a supportive environment focused on quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- Current vulnerable sector check
- Clear background check
- Hours of work are OVERNIGHTS within 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends, weekdays
