Job Summary
Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients in Holstein, ON, and surrounding areas. Provide exceptional nursing services in-person, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, and catheter management within our fully equipped clinic. Perform other clinical duties as required while collaborating with the Ontario Health atHome program. This part-time role features 6-8 hour shifts within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends and some overnights. Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses with current CNO registration are required.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- Current vulnerable sector check
- Clear background check
- 6 - 8 hour shifts within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends and some overnights
- Work in Holstein, ON and surrounding areas
- Part-Time position
