Job Summary
Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients in-home, clinics, retirement homes, or schools, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Provide exceptional nursing services to patients and families through both in-person and virtual interactions. Communicate regularly with family members and staff to ensure coordinated patient care. Perform other clinical duties as required while adhering to full nursing scope of practice. This part-time role in New Liskeard, ON, requires a registered nurse or practical nurse with current CNO registration, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Competitive hourly wages range from $24.07 to $45.48 depending on licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
