Job Summary
Originate mortgage loans within Wells Fargo bank branches and collaborate with branch leadership to enhance mortgage product knowledge; conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, assess client needs, and provide high-quality customer service while informing them of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage programs. Process loan applications, review rates/terms, ensure timely communication, and maintain compliance with underwriting requirements, policies, and procedures. Stay informed on mortgage industry trends in the assigned market, mentor employees, and contribute to branch huddles. Must meet SAFE registration requirements and LO qualification standards; willingness to travel and work in a branch-based, in-person setting. Supported by ongoing training and a focus on building strong customer relationships within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing Spanish/English
- SAFE registration or LO licensing requirements (per Regulation Z) and related policy compliance
