Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Community Mobile Support Team, organizing workload, liaising with law enforcement partners, and representing Peace River Center at community events. Conduct crisis assessments, interventions, and resolution planning in various settings while responding to client crises for assessment, intervention, and planning. Meet with identified clients to assess service needs, provide regular consultation on cases, and interview applicants for vacant positions. Collaborate with Crisis Counselors to identify programmatic issues, review difficult cases, and develop efficient program resources with the Director. Maintain all necessary documentation, coordinate schedules, and lead quality improvement initiatives including accreditation and licensure matters.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with mental health programs
- Universal Precautions certification
- Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to conduct crisis assessments, intervention and crisis resolution planning in various settings
- Ability to be on-call for case consultation and guidance as scheduled
- Ability to conduct follow-up assessments and contacts
- Ability to review staff timesheets and PTO requests as needed
- Ability to review and provide guidance on CMST staff documentation
- Ability to conduct public speaking engagements as needed
- Ability to create a positive work environment that can respond to constant change

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be able to travel to another PRC location for meetings
