Job Summary
The Community Mentor assists the Community Service Manager in day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Training program, leading activities for participants, providing personal care, and maintaining documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Personal Vehicle and Valid Driver's License
- Current Auto Insurance
- Ability to assist in lifting people up to 250 pounds
- Ability to assist in mobility of wheelchairs containing people up to 250 pounds
