Job Summary
Connect with prospective customers onsite at Busch Gardens as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, engaging in face-to-face conversations to share information about the vacation club experience. Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude while handling high customer demand in a hospitality environment, frequently shifting between activities and standing for extended periods indoors and outdoors. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring full-time availability and successful completion of a pre-employment drug test. Earn an hourly rate of $20.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must maintain a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff
- Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment
- Must be people oriented
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work with others as needed
- Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Full time availability required to work weekends and Holidays
- Full time availability required to work daytime and nighttime
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
