Job Summary
Drive census growth by developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners. Promote post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services through regular community outreach, sales calls, and networking activities within the assigned territory. Review referrals to determine clinical and financial appropriateness, then collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth admissions and exceptional customer service. Identify new business opportunities, participate in healthcare fairs, and track marketing initiatives while maintaining accurate reporting. Represent the organization professionally to increase market share and visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of skilled nursing marketing experience as a Marketing Director or Clinical Liaison
- Demonstrated track record of increasing admissions, visibility, and census growth
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills
- Experience reviewing referrals and determining appropriate placement
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and insurance authorization requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned market
