Job Summary
Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budget maintenance, and asset protection. Recruit, train, and develop team members while conducting regular meetings to reinforce expectations and facilitate growth. Serve as the primary communication point for residents, resolving complaints and coordinating property standards. Oversee marketing, leasing, and home sales to ensure high occupancy, and manage vendor, municipal, and county relationships. Plan community events, coordinate new home deliveries, and handle warranty follow-ups with manufacturers. Execute executive decisions regarding financial success and community safety. Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and travel for company meetings or trainings as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, including management of team member performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products
- Proven ability to adapt to new or unforeseen situations
- Must obtain or transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days of employment (in applicable states)
- A valid in-state driver's license
