Job Summary
Community Manager at YES Communities oversees daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, leasing and turnover of homes, budgeting, and protecting assets. Leads and develops the team; coordinates with residents, vendors, and municipal entities; plans events; communicates with supervisor and team to align with company goals; travels to company meetings and trainings; ensures compliance with licensing requirements and maintains property standards. Requires valid in-state driver’s license; candidate should have High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and property management or related experience (preferred); strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software; must obtain/state licensing within 90 days where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- A valid in-state driver’s license is required
- Must obtain or transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days of employment (in applicable states)
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Property management or equivalent experience is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, including management of team member performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products
