Job Summary
Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budget maintenance, and asset protection. Recruit, train, and develop team members while conducting consistent meetings to reinforce expectations and facilitate growth. Oversee marketing, sales, leasing, and turnover for all new, used, and foreclosed homes to ensure high occupancy. Build positive relationships with vendors, municipalities, and counties while coordinating new home deliveries and warranty follow-ups. Resolve resident complaints and uphold property standards through consistent communication. Travel for company meetings and trainings as requested. Requires a valid driver's license, state-specific licensing within 90 days, and strong conflict resolution skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, including management of team member performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products
- Proven ability to adapt to new or unforeseen situations
- Must obtain or transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days of employment (in applicable states)
- A valid in-state driver's license is required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Property management or equivalent experience is preferred
