Job Summary
Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budget maintenance, and asset protection. Recruit, train, and develop team members through consistent meetings while serving as the primary communication channel for resolving resident complaints. Oversee marketing, leasing, and home turnover to ensure high occupancy, and maintain positive vendor and municipal relationships. Plan community events, coordinate new home deliveries, and execute executive decisions regarding financial success and safety. Travel for company meetings as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, including management of team member performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products
- Proven ability to adapt to new or unforeseen situations
- Must obtain or transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days of employment (in applicable states)
- A valid in-state driver's license is required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Property management or equivalent experience is preferred
