Job Summary
Community Manager responsible for leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations at a Cincinnati, OH property. Duties include greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications and deposits, verifying income and credit, lease renewal management, rent collection and delinquency control, budgeting and expense tracking, maintaining curb appeal, ensuring compliance with SHFA and lender/investor commitments, conducting unit inspections, coordinating maintenance and capital improvements, and providing proactive hospitality to residents and staff. Requires strong customer service, sales and communication skills, knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD), ability to travel to community locations, and a high school diploma or GED. Travel to properties and surrounding markets is required; proficiency with property-management software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
