Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Haven Crossing property, including resident relations, leasing, compliance, financial performance, and property maintenance. Conduct daily property inspections, manage rent collection and delinquency, and coordinate capital improvements and repairs. Lead resident relations programs, screen applicants, and ensure all files meet SHFA and lender commitments. Maintain positive community image through proactive hospitality and effective communication with residents, vendors, and prospects. Respond to after-hours emergencies and travel to community locations and surrounding markets as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Insurance
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good sales and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of associates
- Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Travel to community locations and surrounding markets required
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather conditions

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in affordable housing programs including one or more of the following: LIHTC, Section 8, and HUD
- Experience with property management-related software
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
