Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations for two affordable housing properties in West Virginia, managing resident relations, leasing, compliance, and financial performance. Conduct daily property inspections, schedule capital improvements, and handle emergency responses for injuries or damage. Manage rent collections, pursue delinquent accounts, and maintain secure financial records while ensuring all resident files meet SHFA and lender commitments. Screen applicants, verify income and credit, and execute lease renewals. Maintain community curb appeal and develop resident relations programs. Travel to community locations and surrounding markets to monitor neighborhood conditions. Report work-related injuries and property losses promptly.

Required Qualifications
