Job Summary
Conduct daily property inspections, manage resident relations, and oversee leasing inquiries including applications, deposits, and income verification. Handle rent collection, delinquency tracking, and court proceedings while maintaining accurate financial records and budget controls. Screen applicants, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with SHFA and lender commitments. Respond to weekend emergencies and travel to community locations and surrounding markets. This role supports two communities in Champaign, IL, fostering a positive environment for seniors, veterans, and economically challenged groups within a $1.5 billion development portfolio.
Required Qualifications
