Job Summary
Community Manager responsible for full oversight of an assigned property, overseeing and training community associates, and delivering exceptional service to residents. Key duties include supervising performance reviews, counseling underperforming staff, attracting and screening prospective residents per federal/state regulations, developing leasing and marketing campaigns, managing rent collection and security deposits, overseeing accounts payable and vendor compliance, assisting with annual operating budgets, mediating landlord-tenant relations, and coordinating maintenance with vendors. Must maintain knowledge of market conditions, enter service requests in maintenance software, perform move-in condition inspections, and ensure property grounds and amenities are clean and maintained. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work evenings and weekends. Education and credentials include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, state-level license where required, and a minimum of three years property management experience; designations such as ARM or CAM are preferred. Travel to properties required, and proficiency with property-management software (One Site) is desired.
Required Qualifications

- Property/Community Manager license where required
- Minimum three (3) years property management experience preferred
- Proficiency in One Site preferred
- Experience in affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred
