Job Summary
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team in a multifamily property setting. You're expected to optimize financial performance, understand maintenance operations, and comply with housing laws. The role requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates who hold a college degree. This position offers competitive pay of $22.60 per hour and includes a $2000 sign-on bonus, along with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience
- Experience in multifamily property management
- Strong customer service skills
- Up to date California Driver’s License
- Current car insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial statements
- Budget preparation
- Monthly reporting
- Familiarity with maintenance operations
- Knowledge of landlord tenant law
- Understanding of fair employment and housing laws
- Yardi Voyager experience (preferred)
