Job Summary
Oversee all operations of Village Springs property in Niceville, including supervising community associates, training staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring excellent resident service. Lead leasing activities, screen and select residents per program rules, manage rent collection and security deposits, monitor budgets, coordinate accounts payable, and support vendor/contractor management. Develop and execute marketing and resident services programming, respond to occupancy and market conditions, and mediate resident relations as needed. Maintain property condition, conduct property walk-throughs, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate effectively with applicants, residents, vendors, and supervisors. Requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, customer service excellence, versatility to multi-task, and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Property/ Community Manager state level license where required
- Minimum three (3) years property management experience preferred
- Proficiency in One Site preferred
- Experience in affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred
