Job Summary
Oversee all property operations, including financial performance, leasing, and resident satisfaction, while leading and developing on-site staff. Manage annual budgets, revenue collection, and expenses to maximize Net Operating Income. Conduct regular property inspections for safety compliance and address maintenance needs in partnership with the Maintenance Manager. Report property liability, worker's compensation, and property loss claims. Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and Fair Housing laws. This role reports to a Regional Manager at Venterra Realty, a developer operating 90 mixed-use and multifamily communities across 22 major US cities. The position requires a minimum of three years of proven success in multifamily leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of proven success in multifamily with leadership responsibilities
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
