Job Summary

Manage assigned properties by serving as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting bi-monthly check-ins to review metrics, capital needs, and operational initiatives. Prepare annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and weekly summaries while presenting property performance updates inclusive of leasing activity and maintenance trends. Maintain regular on-site presence across portfolios through routine walks and inspections to evaluate curb appeal, common areas, and back-of-house operations. Act as an advocate for the client by identifying operational risks, implementing structured escalation processes, and ensuring properties adhere to lease agreements and regulatory requirements. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, partnering with analytics teams to deliver insights and custom reports on occupancy and resident feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Must be available for on-site office and residential community environment
  • Must be available for regular walking of the property and interaction with residents
  • Must be available for Wimbledon full time
  • Must be available to visit RISE once a week to walk the property
  • Must be able to conduct regular (no less than bi-monthly) check-ins and status meetings with clients
  • Must be able to present comprehensive property performance updates to clients
  • Must be able to support client communication with timely, thoughtful responses to questions, concerns, and ad-hoc information requests
  • Must be able to translate client directives into actionable tasks for on-site and central teams
  • Must be able to regularly update clients on the progress of business plan initiatives
  • Must be able to maintain regular on-site presence across assigned properties
  • Must be able to conduct routine property walks and inspections
  • Must be able to act as an advocate for the client by proactively identifying operational, physical, or reputational risks
  • Must be able to implement a structured escalation process for complex issues
  • Must be able to provide timely updates and resolution paths to clients
  • Must be able to collect and analyze property, operational, and resident data
  • Must be able to partner with the Business Analytics/Reporting team
  • Must be able to provide custom reporting as requested
  • Must be able to develop and maintain standardized operational and client-service processes
  • Must be able to continuously evaluate service delivery and operational protocols
  • Must be able to work with Property Operations/Central Office to integrate technology and streamline workflows
  • Must be able to ensure properties adhere to lease agreements, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Must be able to partner with Leasing, Maintenance, and Compliance teams
  • Must be able to address risks related to physical condition, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational controls
  • Must be able to ensure open, clear, and consistent communication regarding property performance, physical condition, issues, and updates
  • Must be able to build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding ownership priorities
  • Must be able to align day-to-day operations and long-term strategies to meet or exceed expectations
  • Must be able to collaborate closely with Property Operations/Central Office to prepare annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and weekly operational summaries
  • Must be able to ensure property operations and on-site execution are aligned with the client's business plan and strategic objectives

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi)
