Job Summary
Drive financial performance by analyzing market conditions to adapt business strategies and oversee leasing administration for operational and leasing goals. Ensure resident satisfaction and retention while spearheading maintenance initiatives and managing collections, resident services, and contracted services. Cultivate an engaged team by delegating work, building a positive atmosphere, and providing necessary resources for success. Maintain safety and legal compliance, implement capital improvements, and exemplify the Wasatch brand by embodying an owner's mindset. Work a flexible schedule including weekends with a salary of $46,750.00 - $63,250.00 plus monthly bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible for housing management or related experience
- Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others
- Analytical problem solver, developing alternatives and implementing effective strategies
- Knowledge of risk management
- Extensive knowledge of landlord, tenant, and rental housing laws
- Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
- A creative and motivating personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
