Job Summary
Seeking a Community Manager with property management experience to oversee daily operations, enhance resident engagement, and manage leasing activities at Towne Properties.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication
- Social media marketing experience
Desired Qualifications
- CAM® or CAPS® designation (preferred)
- Experience working directly with property owners
- Experience with CMHA vouchers is a plus
- Yardi experience (preferred)
