Job Summary
Community Manager responsible for the complete operation of a residential property, supervising maintenance staff, maintaining high occupancy, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Key duties include directing and coordinating maintenance, inspecting the property, preparing condition reports, reporting deficiencies to Regional Manager, assigning work priorities, maintaining site records, handling rent collection, budgeting within constraints, and developing on-site resident activities and events. Strong emphasis on tenant relations, ensuring proper execution of rental programs, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. Must communicate effectively in English, have a valid driver's license for property-related errands, and oversee staff to deliver quality service to residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must have access to reliable vehicle transportation for errands from property
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to TMAM for site errands
- Able to communicate both orally and in writing using English
- Performing site management and maintenance supervision
- Interview potential residents and process verifications to determine eligibility
