Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned stabilized apartment community (685 units), lead the property team, optimize financial and operational performance against budget, ensure compliance with company policies and housing laws, drive leasing and occupancy through short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies, oversee renewal/lease enforcement processes, supervise staff, prepare financial reports, coordinate with vendors, and maintain resident satisfaction through timely issue resolution and service excellence. Requires leadership of on-site teams, budget analysis, reporting, proficiency with Yardi and Excel, and a Bachelor's-degree-aligned background in real estate/property management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Experience with renewal, retention & resident engagement; reports oriented; Proficiency using Yardi and Excel
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a leader/team member
