Community Manager-The Views at Crescent Hill

Supervise daily apartment community operations by overseeing work orders, managing resident move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring timely lease renewals and renewal offers. Direct a team of at least two full-time members by monitoring performance, providing training, and making hiring or disciplinary recommendations. Handle resident inquiries as the primary point of contact, process applications and leases according to company guidelines, and maintain accurate weekly activity summaries and time logs. Conduct market studies, complete property surveys, and post vacant units on approved marketing venues while distributing resident communications. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all regulatory agencies through accurate documentation and adherence to the Haven Residential Operations and Policy Manual. Submit monthly and weekly financial reports to the Regional Manager and maintain confidentiality on all property and resident matters.
