Job Summary
Lead property operations by managing staffing, conducting quarterly inspections, and overseeing monthly property walks to uphold safety and standards. Execute annual turnover processes, including move-out inspections and hands-on support for unit preparation, while coordinating with vendors and facilities teams. Drive financial performance through budget preparation, expense management, and revenue target achievement. Monitor resident feedback, manage escalated concerns, and ensure full compliance with codes and company policies. Work in daytime hours with non-traditional shifts during emergencies, supporting the General Manager in executing Scion's vision for student living.
