Community Manager - The Palmer at Las Colinas

Oversee property operations and leasing to achieve budgeted goals, lead and coach staff, plan and conduct weekly staff meetings, address elevated resident issues, manage local marketing with corporate Marketing, monitor budget and expenses, generate communications to residents, conduct property inspections for cleanliness and appearance, and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through effective service and team leadership.
