Job Summary

Manage and oversee all property operations, including staff direction, training, hiring, and performance evaluations. Direct leasing activities by creating marketing campaigns, conducting tours, and processing lease agreements while maintaining accurate financial records and budget controls. Ensure resident compliance with eligibility requirements, coordinate move-in/out inspections, and supervise vendors for maintenance work. Address emergency situations, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relations with residents and organizations. Obtain required certifications within the first year and inspect properties for deficiencies. Evening and weekend work may be required with on-call availability for emergencies.

Required Qualifications

Two or more years' experience in multi-family residential property management
Experience with direct supervision of employees
Multi-family residential leasing experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of college
Valid driver's license
Driving record
Vehicle
Professional appearance
Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to keep accurate and legible financial records
Ability to obtain required certifications or licenses within one year of employment
