Job Summary
Community Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of The Lyndon property in Irving, TX. Oversees property team, budget adherence, rent collection, lease enforcement, vendor coordination, marketing and leasing strategies, inspections, resident relations, and staff development. Ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other relevant laws. Develops budgets, analyzes financials, posts rents, approves invoices, conducts property inspections, and maintains property appearance and safety. Requires leadership, strong communication, and customer service skills; leads hiring, onboarding, and training; may assist in owner communications and performance reporting. California-specific Lease File Checklist applies for California postings. Travel is local as needed. Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team
- Specialized skills: valid driver’s license; proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite)
Desired Qualifications
