Job Summary
Manage all core business processes for an apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor relations. Increase revenues and decrease expenses while supervising team members to complete duties safely and on schedule. Identify problems, develop solutions, and coach staff for high performance and promotion. Communicate effectively with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams regarding property performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and other applicable regulations
- Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
- Experience in supervising staff
