Community Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of an assigned property, leading the on-site team, budgeting, rent collection and posting, vendor coordination, lease enforcement, inspections, resident services, and staff development. The role involves analyzing financial statements, developing and implementing marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and related regulations, and maintaining property standards. The position requires supervision of property staff, coordination with owners/clients, and fulfillment of reporting and administrative duties. California-specific lease process is noted for CA postings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (Specialized skills)
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property (and ensure others have license)
- Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite)
- Leadership and supervisory abilities
