Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a 677-unit stabilized property, lead a property-management team, manage budgets and financial reporting, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and multi-family housing laws; drive leasing, marketing, and resident satisfaction, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and maintain owner relations. Requires leadership experience in property management, budget development, vendor coordination, lease enforcement, inspections, and strong communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities
