Job Summary
Manage daily operations for a portfolio of 26 buildings and 200 affordable housing units; oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and HR coordination; supervise rent collection, move-ins/move-outs, and lease administration including Section 8 and related housing programs; coordinate with corporate staff and Marketing; supervise staff and contractors; uphold budgeting, purchasing, and compliance; utilize Yardi and maintain thorough resident relations and retention programs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in affordable property management – as an assistant property manager (income restricted/section 8).
- Knowledge of government subsidy programs.
- Be able to successfully pass a background check before employment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.
